John in Service is HORRIBLE
I will absolutely not take my vehicle here any more to be serviced. Every time John gives horrible attitude from the moment you walk in. Until one day I got dropped off in my dads corvette then he was real nice to me. Otherwise this guy just needs fired or put somewhere else. Terribly rude.

Service department is horrible
The service department here is mediocre at best. Employees are condescending, unprofessional, and will literally talk you in circles and try to make money any way possible. Ive been here numerous times and each time john was horrible, i dont like his attitude, his tone, or how he thinks he can say whatever he wants as long as he used his calm voice. You seriously need to have a sit down with him and go over how to properly speak to customers and show decent customer service.

Fast Times at Preston
I find the service very accommodating. Ii is fast, there is no line, everyone is pleasant they explain to you what they’ve done, they do an all points check,they wash your vehicle too. I grabbed-some Chipotle sat outside and had a little picnic my vehicle was done in less than 45 minutes washed, ready to go. I love their efficiency and their honesty complete with politeness; all make it a place I keep going back to

The service department was professional and attentive to my needs. It began with ensuring that I was able to get an appointment right away when I expressed a possible safety concern. Once at the dealership the service department kept be informed every step of the way and notified me of any delays in repairs. The staff ensured understanding of recommendations, cost and any additional concerns. Service department staff ensured that all work was done as requested and that my car was properly repaired.

If you have coupons for two separate procedures, everyone should schedule them for two different times because the Service Manager now refuses to give a customer the written price reductions on each coupon if requesting to have items done at the same visit to the dealership!

Not a good experience.
I won't go back. The communication was terrible. They had to order parts so it took a week to get my Tuscon back in the shop. I dropped it off at 8:30 am and was finally informed after 4pm that my car wouldn't be done as promised. Then the next day they advised me that the wrong part came in and I wouldn't get my car back that day either.
