We’ve financed many cars over the years, and had to endure exhausting hours of back-and-forth with a manager, etc, and many interruptions. Not this time it floats smoothly and quickly and professionally.

We searched several dealerships for a specific Hyundai Kona limited. At Preston our salesperson Katie Hackett was the only person who put the effort and time into finding the exact car we wanted. She was knowledgeable and fun to work with! The financial manager Ashley Hackett smoothly took us through the paperwork , while explaining everything. The entire dealership was professional and welcoming.

Great cars and service
In 2020, had a great buying experience with a certified used 2019 Kona. Since then, have appreciated the Preston Service dept for their courtesy and professionalism. Just traded it in for a new 2025 Kona, I had some odd objectives for the trade and financing - which we were able to work out. Dave Bitzer, our salesman, and Ashley, in financing - were easy to work with and made the whole process easy and quick. And, the new vehicle has surprised me with all the refinements over the old one (which I really liked).

I have a super tight budget due to being on disability. The sales manager Mike Bucci, saleswoman Katie Hackett, and finance manager Ashley Hackett really bent over backwards to help me in every way they could. They were super personable and down to earth. They worked numbers and made it happen for me. They got me exactly what I needed to fit my budget. Preston Hyundai of Boardman definitely earned my business. From start to finish, everyone made purchasing my vehicle easy. Paul is great to work with. He worked with my schedule and also made sure I understood everything throughout the entire process. He also made sure I knew every function my car had. When it came time to sign the paperwork, Ashley went over everything thoroughly, and made sure I understood everything.
