Quality work - little customer care/consideration
Experience was just alright. Work was quality but it felt as though they cared little about the customer with little regard for customers time originally and it felt like cost was being taken advantage of (paying out of pocket)

Accident Repair
Overall a good experience! It did take awhile to get the car into the shop, but their timeline was on par with most of Bend at the time. Work was clean, communications was good, and customer service was friendly. Would use them again and recommend.

Best Body shop in Bend
Staff is friendly, professional and goes out of their way to be heloful. It's a Subaru Certified repair center and repairs made are tip notch. Every little detail is seen to. Highly recommend

Overall exceptional experience.
The experience at Precision Body & Paint was overall exceptional. The staff was superior in its communications from beginning to end--informative, courteous and prompt in responding. The finished product after the repair process was excellent--in fact amazing.
