Integrity & Service
My Jeep Wrangler suddenly began misfiring. I brought the car to Powell Garage, even though they were booked a few days out. Paul was able to diagnose the misfire earlier than quoted. Together, we agreed the repair plan. The shop completed the repair the next business day for a reasonable price. I am grateful for the good communication, timely repair and professionalism. Best repair shop in town, in my opinion.

Always satisfying and never an unpleasant surprise
Powell is IT. Maintenance and repairs are effected quickly and there are no jitters. Paul in particular is so calm of demeanor, 5 minutes of conversation with him likely qualifies as therapy of one kind or another. Powell's friendly and surefire competence is a rare treasure in a transactional world that is more typically rife with reflux-inspiring surprises.
