Excellent Customer Service
I found Poway Transmissions through a Google search, and what initially drew me in were the high rating and positive reviews. The shop provides excellent mechanical work, but the true standout is Monica! She is incredibly knowledgeable, able to explain everything clearly, and understands as much as a mechanic, which is impressive considering she handles the administrative side and all the processing. Her welcoming personality and the way she breaks down information about my car made the experience much easier. I waited in the shop for a bit while my car was being serviced, and she checked on me multiple times and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

Overall, I would absolutely return to Poway Transmissions, primarily because of the exceptional customer service!
