It’s a good experience every time I go here.
I moved here a couple of years ago and even though I’ve settled in an apartment outside of Poway, I still go out of my way to come here for all of my car maintenance needs. All of the staff have great customer service skills and they are knowledgeable about what they do. There are moments they could’ve made an extra buck off of my ignorance about cars, but they chose not to. Great business. They live up to their name.

Amazing service
I will absolutely be back. Service was less than 48 hours for a handful of somewhat major repairs, and was able to take my car in without an appointment ahead of time. Ronny was incredibly helpful and kind, as well as honest and straightforward. You couldn't ask for better service. On top of all that they're very fairly priced and even quoted me less than I was expecting. 5 stars easy.

Roddy and his team took good care of my vehicle, very quickly. He was friendly and professional and I was in and out of the shop in less than an hour with an alignment and general assessment done. Will definitely come back in the future!

Most honest and friendly shop in town!
I can always count on Poway Integrity. As soon as my check engine light came on, I pulled into this shop no hesitation. I don't have to worry about anything with Ronny, he's thorough and honest and has a great way of explaining everything. I really appreciate all of them and their hard work. Lucky to have them close by !
