Fast, Professional, and Polite
I can’t thank Mr. Marcus and his team enough for helping me on such short notice! My car’s AC went out on a 95° morning, and he got me in right away. He was extremely professional, polite, and they got the job done quickly. Highly recommend for anyone needing honest and reliable service!

Never to busy
If you own an older model car or even a newer model car that is out of warranty, you need to get in touch with Marcus Porter at Porter Customs. Again they’ve done a wonderful job getting my car ready for the road. My car stalled out on me at Sam’s in Sugar Land and I had it towed to Porter Customs where they determine that the starter had gone out. They immediately replaced the starter and I was back on the road again but the very next day the battery in my car had died out and I called Marcus and got my car over there and they immediately replaced the battery. Again Marcus and his team did a wonderful job getting me back on the road. Kudos to Marcus Porter and his team.

Always a fantastic experience
One thing I have to say about Porter Customs is they're willing to help. Marcus' generosity and understanding and willingness to work with you are huge factors as to why I always bring my vehicles here. They do a fine job every time and I've never had issues with their work.

Service you can trust/customer for life
I came to know Porters last year when my car was banged. Because the service resulted with excellent service I have been a repeat customer.

Unfortunately last week my a/c went out. I was so grateful when I was told to bring my car in immediately to investigate the issue. Again excellent outcome with me knowing they considered every option to help me save before having to pay triple for the part from the dealership.

Several vehicle repairs
Porter Customs is very professional Auto Repair shop. The owner Marcus is very thorough in explaining the repairs of work being done. They were also able to prioritize repairs and reasonable cost for repairs.
