Brake pads
Piedmont made it very easy to have my brake pads replaced. I dropped off my vehicle after shop hours, heard from them the next morning, and my car was ready for pickup by noon. They were open until 8pm, so I could continue my work day, carpool home for my commute, and pickup my vehicle later in the evening. Thank you for the amazing customer service and fantastic automotive care for my car.

Always a good experience!
I have been coming to Piedmont for a few years and I have never had a bad experience. They have always been honest with me and have done a great job with a quick turn around. They have taken me to and from work while my car is worked on which is super convenient. Helpful and kind group of people. :)

Best of a dying breed
There aren’t too many independent auto shops around these days, and I feel real lucky that PTaA is one of them. They do great work, are always honest and have earned my business for as long as I and they are here. Dealerships depend on their shops to turn profits, so they overcharge for everything. Do yourself a favor and check out Piedmont, you won’t be disappointed.
