Service department incompetent
I’ve read other reviews and there seems to be unequal treatment towards women who bring their car here for service. My sister brought her car in for recall 3 times and each time it came out w more safety issues. Rick the service manager said it’s not their doing..told him we’ll call Hyundai, he said he doesn’t care about Hyundai. There is video proof of this. He is terrible at customer service and it probably comes from the top to the bottom. He should layoff the Utz and he might have a more applicable attitude! Crunch crunch
