We understand your frustration regarding the wait time and perceived value of the service provided. After initial diagnosis there was some wait time for parts, but we assure you we did not charge you for the wait time for the parts. The labor time was an hour in total due to connecting the new wire and heat shrinking the wires, which should all be listed out on your invoice.
