Out of town
We are from Pittsburgh & encountered issues with our SUV while in town visiting family. We had it towed to Pennell’s- so glad we did. We felt well taken care of & had our vehicle back within about 24 hours. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing service!

Outstanding Service at Pennell's Auto!
I can't say enough positive things about Pennell's Auto. My company truck broke down in the afternoon, and they were quick to respond, towing it in without hesitation. They had it diagnosed and fully repaired by early the next afternoon. The level of professionalism, efficiency, and customer service was truly outstanding. Our car check engine light came on and penelles found the problem and fixed our car.
Pinellas took the time to diagnose what was wrong with our car. It was a bad turbo. They made sure all the correct parts were used during repair. They contacted us daily to let us know how the repair was going. They also went out of their way to make sure the warranty covered everything but are deductible.
