Lost Keys
I am hoping to reach the owners with this review. I had my car towed to the shop. I paid $180 for diagnostic. Due to time to get parts I had car towed home 2 hours away. I asked keys to be placed in car. They were not. Tow truck used my spare keys. I was told my keys would be sent in the mail. I called 9 times to find a tracking number. I was told each time I would be called back but was not. Alissa was polite but stated someone was taking care of it. That was mid May. I called for the 10th time last week to be told that they now do not know where my keys are and do not know what happened to them since Alissa is no longer at the Middletown Location. Can someone please reach within name and contact number.
