Amazing help!
Late in the day, on my way into CDA, I noticed a small but alarming sound coming from the right side of my brand new 2025 Forester Hybrid! I drove to Parker Subaru where I had recently purchased the vehicle. As I drove into the service department, I was greeted by a very kind service technician. He said he noticed the sound as I drove into and he thought he had identified the problem. Sure enough a small piece of gravel had wedged itself into a spot in the right rear wheel. He was not able to get it out right there so he put my Forster in line to be serviced. Within a very short while I was back on the road. I had no idea they would be willing to look at it and fix it “on the spot”. Simply amazing! A huge thanks to everyone who took care of my tiny little problem in such a big way! You are the best!
