Alignment Check
They got me on the schedule in good time. They were johnny on the spot when I got there and took care of getting me checked in. They are cognoscente of how valuable your time is as well as their own. That is a good thing. They gave me the coupon discount even though I forgot my printed one at home. That was nice. I would have liked a copy of my alignment results before and after but that somehow does not appear in my documents that they gave me with recommendations. I requested them last time and did get a copy no questions asked so I guess you do have to request that information to be given to you. I like to do a comparison to the previous alignment just because this seems to be an "issue" with the new Subaru's? Plus they always have a different "reason" why the back wheels cannot be aligned so it is a tad confusing. I do NOT like deceit in any form. Even if it only appears to be that way.

Every time I have had my oil changed at Parker it has been a pleasant and friendly experience!! From the front desk who directs your calls to the service dept, to service reps etc. The waiting area is always clean with an inviting area to sit and have a cup of coffee or fruit!!
