The wait was short and the repair was thorough. I am shocked that there was no charge for the repair that was made to our Forrester!

Joel did a great job at explaining the problem with our dome light and taught us how to fix it if the problem occurs again.

Went in to see what they had. Planned on going to 3 other dealers but didn't have to.
We really liked Einn as a sales representative. He was not pushy but asked the right questions right away. That allowed him to start zeroing in on what we were looking for right away. We then got into the best value per dollar rigs. Jason was very knowledgeable in the financial department. This is the part nobody likes but he was quick and smooth. Other than ending up with a payment it was pretty painless.

Good Communication On Peculiar Issue
I took my 2020 Legacy into service after MySubaru App Remote Start randomly stopped working. It took some time to actually diagnose the issue due to lack of error codes, but the team was really good about keeping me informed on the progress. After it was decided it would be covered by my warranty, they made it easy for me to get a rental while they replaced the part and relinked with Subaru’s system. Highly recommended. Always have a good experience here.
