Excellent communication, pictures, review with the mechanic overall experience was great!
Fabulous experience! Provided pictures, video, mechanic walked me through everything wrong with the vehicle answered all my questions in detail. The staff was kind and polite very clean. I would highly recommend!

Volkswagen Honda Acura shop
I’m usually at Panzer Performance for service on my Diesel VW but now that my 2023 Acura is just outside of the dealership free two year maintenance it will be maintained at Panzer Performance going forward . I introduced myself to their Honda Dealership trained specialist Barney “BJ” . I told him when I return from a 9000 mile road trip he will pick my maintenance. BJ is a Honda / Acura expert and I look forward to having all services preformed by him .

Excellent service in a friendly atmosphere
Jordan took care of the problem with the car. My plans for additional work pn my car will definitely go through Panzer, as well as any technical issues that crop up.

No matter that the shop is nearly 70 miles away…well worth the drive to have competent technicians working on my car.

Always responsive and attentive to details
Great team and knowledgeable mechanics. Always feel like they are thorough and fair. They point out what needs service now and what can wait but what we should keep an eye on.

Jordan is detailed, knowledgeable and responsive at the front of the house. Would highly recommend.
