So amazing! I never thought a mechanic could be so helpful!
These guys are wonderful! My car broke down in the middle of the with day I had it towed there and the next day she was fixed! When I picked my car up I got a list of 'needing this' as you do with any auto shop, but here they told me what to do in which order, AND when I mentioned a problem they didn't know about(my ac being on caused leaking in my passenger floor) I was told "before you pay to do anything get online and check to see if this is plugged you can fix it yourself." What mechanic does that?! I'll tell you, one that cares about their customers and genuinely wants to help! I'm never going anywhere else!

Try to hustle customers to have everything fixed
I took a 2004 Honda civic ex to have it aligned an they told me ball joints needed replaced along with struts. I replaced everything an there saying ball joint wasn't in an the clip wasn't on either I sent them pics . Now there saying the knuckle needs replaced.. they went in to tell me I needed my timing belt replaced as well.. there service was terrible an I would recommend anyone taking there cars to pardons on 6th st..

Excellent service
I have been going to padron for about a year for regular oil changes. When repairs are necessary Nick will discuss with me and we will come up with fair and reasonable options. Nick is the most honest mechanic I've ever met and I highly recommend anyone going to Pardon Automotive

Kathleen said this business was very good. When her vehicle broke down after hours, she called the business, and Nick answered the phone. She said he went above and beyond to help her.
Beth said they always give her exceptional service. They're thorough and they check out everything. They're respectful and they explain everything well.
Took my Mustang in for an oil change and check up. Nick was very courteous and got the car in right away (I did have an appointment.). He performed several safety and periodic checks and recommended some needed work on brakes, etc.
