Disappointed
Brought a tire in to see if a nail hole could be repaired...was told it would only take 5 minutes to check out...tire was there 5 days before anyone looked at it while I had to limit driving since spare was a donut...caused lots of grief at home

Still waiting for an answer on some potential work that needs to be done on another car...its been a week since I was told the warranty company would be called...guess I'll call myself

Great...once again!
Left my car with P&S while on vacation and they gave us regular updates. Picked it up after vacation and it was in great shape again. P&S is fair, honest and professional. They always look to save us a buck or two on our repairs and do not try to sell repairs that are unnecessary or have the highest price tag.
