Very bad attitude of sale manager.
We are Buying a car from your shop. Your sales people like Todd and Gino are great, however your sales manager is NOT. Bad attitude, very poor attention to detail. My car was delayed a lot, I made two trips to deliver ship only for him to tell me it would be ready in 40 minutes. When I asked him to call me when it was done he refused and told me to just come in, it will be done in 40 minutes.
With a lot full of cars you may consider getting a better manager.
