Trusting relationship
I have been using auto service at Owen Auto for about 8 years for all three of my vehicles and my daughter uses them also. We rely on their quality work and honest appraisal of cost. Additionally, it has become a trusting relationship with no questions as to what is being recommended to keep our vehicles in good condition. I always recommend them to others.

Great service and reasonable price!
Owen’s Automotive staff were courteous ,welcoming and professional-they answers all my questions and did a great job on my tuneup-they also inflated my tires and drove my car to make sure the low tire icon did not come back on-so grateful to have a quality auto repair shop! I have a gentleman that does handyman work for me who said he is going to start using Owen auto! Thank-you!

Good people and knowledgeable technicians
They did a good job and very timely. Everyone was super friendly. I felt comfortable that the car would be fixed and didn’t have to worry about it. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because of an issue with the relationship between this facility and Auto Zone. I was put in the middle of this and it cost me money, time, and peace of mind. I hope these issues do not happen to anyone else. Older single women need a bit more guidance so we do not get taken advantage of.
