Expensive for no reason.
Our old landlords were bought out by this company and its hard not to notice just how much more expensive it is. We have lived in this place for 7 years with absolutely no trouble from our previous landlord, until now. We were threatened with eviction for having our car parked in the parking lot for "too long" and now every parking spot costs $75 a MONTH. And every time you forget to hang your tag, you have to pay an extra $50, even when they fully well knows that the spot was paid for. Not to mention the ugly "pay to park" sign they decided to stab in the ground. The only thing these people seem to care about is profit.
