Great friendly service as usual
Helped me save 1k compared to what the dealership was quoting me. They always make sure I am not paying for services I don't need. Fair priced and listen to my concerns, as a woman sometimes that isn't what we experience at shops but I never have that issue here. I never worry about being scammed or upsold either. An honest shop that values you and your time.

Fair and Reliable
My family uses Old Towne Auto and loves their service so I joined in too! Even though I live in Centreville, I will definitely make the trip out to Manassas to have my car serviced. They have always treated me with kindness and respect. Their prices are fair and my car is always in good shape. It feels really good to find an auto shop who you feel is reliable and can trust.

Great Job
They always do such a great job. I took my car in for a 125,000 maintenance check. There were no unexpected surprises and car was ready much quicker than I expected. I had thought about a new car, but have been assured my 24 year old Camry is in great shape. Thanks guys!
