AMAZING staff and work

Excellent Service
In for an oil change but recommended I will need new rear brake pads in the near future. Watches out for the customer without overselling.

They listened to what I wanted and abided by it.
I give 5 stars because. Anything I asked them for I received a yes. They did not push anything I did not want fixed. They seemed to read my mind on handing me the info at pick up.

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff
I went to NSAC for a pre-purchase inspection of a used car I was planning to buy. They are a cut above! They fit me in within a couple hours after my call. Not only did they do a thorough inspection of the vehicle, but they explained everything to me and answered all my questions. As we were leaving, we noticed an odd creaking noise after driving over some bumps. We returned to the shop, and the mechanic came out right away to take a look. He diagnosed thw issue (front coil spring had broken) and made sure it was added to the list of concerns in the printout, so we could address it with the seller.

Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service I received from NSAC. If I lived closer (we're 30 miles north), they would be my go-to automotive repair place!
