Prepare Ford pickup for a cross country drive
My husband and I planned to travel from Mesa north to Utah and then west to Pennsylvania. We knew our truck would be in good hands to prepare for the long trip. They found a worn best to replace and put new brakes, as well as oil. We felt secure in the overall treatment of our truck. We are safely in Pennsylvania now. Everything works great!

Always thorough!
Bruce always does a great job on our cars. I know that he not only does the oil change but he also checks everything else in the engine to let me know about any possible issues. He is always thorough and honest!

Just what we needed
North Mesa Auto is always dependable. The work on our car windows and preparing for emissions was exactly what we need. Bruce is honest and fair. Our daughter also goes to this auto repair for all of her vehicle repair and maintenance needs. It is wonderful to find a place we can trust.

Bruce outdid himself again.
My 34 year old Chrysler New Yorker Landau started overheating on a short trip of 3 miles to the gas station. Every mile I filled the reservoir completely and saw the water spew out in the process. Back home I call AAA and they took my to Bruce's place on N. Country Club Rd. in Mesa, AZ.
Bruce was extra careful with his diagnosis fearing the overheating may have damaged the cylinder head. After repairing the damaged connection to the water heater (a plastic part which gave up after 34 years in this heat) he kept the car an extra 2 days and drove it several times after getting it to operating temperature just to make sure the cylinder head gasket wasn't damaged. Lucky me it was not damaged and I could pick up the car from him for a very fair price. I have to say Bruce is the "guy to go to" who tells you the truth and does not cheat you like many other shops do!!!!!

I had a terrible nightmare
That Bruce might retire? This cannot happen!

Best Auto Mechanic in AZ, hands down. Been goin to N. Mesa Auto, many times, over 15-16 years. NEVER disappointed! ALWAYS happy!
