The only reason I selected 1 star, is that it is required to be allowed to post. but my actual opinion is in negative numbers. This dealership has provided the absolute worst service I have ever experienced from any business of any kind. In the last year I purchased 2 vehicles from them and several things I was promised would come with the purchase have not happened. I have no trouble with the sales and finance departments, but the services department is a ghost. I have tried calling to speak with the head of the service department. every time I am sent to their voicemail, and no-one ever calls me back. I have been trying to reach this person for weeks, and no-one ever calls me back.
Today (09/30/2024) has been the same issue. I attempted to reach him again, and was put through to his voicemail. This time I called back and asked to be put through to him and not to be sent to voicemail. I was informed that he was in a meeting and that he would call me back. I explained that I had recently spent over $80,000 to buy 2 cars from them, and that I thought it was reasonable to expect to be able to speak with him, even if he was in a meeting. If he had called me back one of the other 10 times, this wouldn't be necessary. I have no confidence that I will be called back, even this time.

My wife and I have been dealing with this dealership trying to get out car repaired
It cost 1200 dollars for what was supposed to be wrong.
We brought this car here 9/26/23 it's 11/7/23 and now they want to charge 1800 dollars to go under the hood when they said everything was ready to. Tim Shipe is avoiding us like the we're sick.
He is not a honest person.
He tried to avoid us the whole time we were there.
Our meeting time was 10am he sat in his office until 21:04 am. There is no one else to talk too about his actions. But I will find out. 11/7/23

Good Luck with Warranty Work
I bought my new Hyundai when this dealership was Hub Hyundai; it is now Northwest Hyundai. I have two recalls for warranty work at dealer's cost. When I made an appointment and brought it in for this warranty work, I was told if I left it, it would take 6-8 days to get to the work. I asked for a specific day or two when they could get to it. I was told they don't do that. Leave it and we'll get to it in the 6-8 day time frame. I cannot be without a car for that long. Obviously, they don't like doing warranty work. Caveat emptor.

Poor customer service in service department
I took my car to get serviced. There were things I had to pay for and things covered under the warranty. I communicated I wanted both fixed. When I was told my car was ready, I learned they never even looked at the things covered under my warranty. So, I had to wait 39 minutes for them to do so. All to be told, the part had to be ordered, and they would contact me when it arrived. That was 8/29/23. I never heard from anyone. On 10/2/23, I contacted them to inquire about the part, and the manager, Brandon, who was rude and unapologetic, told me the part was never ordered. He told me he would order it and it should arrive by that Friday. He informed me he would call me on Friday. Today is 10/21/23, and I have yet to hear from anyone. I've visited the Hyundai on the south side, and I would recommend them instead. They are friendly and professional. You get in and out of there with no long waits. I only went to this location because it’s closer to my home; however, driving for better service is worth it. I’m still waiting for my covered part to be fixed.
