For over 30 years my wife and I took our cars to Norm's CONOCO (now Norm's Car Care) for servicing. There were problems at times, but we trusted that the staff and mechanics were actually trying to do right by us. Five years ago my wife died, on October 30 at 19 minutes before midnight. I swore that I would hold vigil at the time and place of her death each year, to pray for her and with her.
Now this year, I cannot. After waiting one week, then taking my car to your shop at the appointed time, on Thursday, October 27th, to get the battery charged, and to look at it to find what was draining it, after being told Friday morning that a back seat dome light was the cause; and and that the battery was being charged, no one contacted me about it. I was told you would get it ready by Friday afternoon and contact me.
You did not. (Fix it or call, I do not know!) I called Saturday morning only to find that the business closes on Saturday and Sunday. Now I will have to break that solemn vow because your people do not have the moral or ethical integrity to do their job AS PROMISED. I hope that you never love someone so much that you will grieve for them for years then have people like you make that grief so tremendously worse, just because they were too lazy to pick up the telephone and call their customer, or to simply DO THEIR JOB!
I will NOT recommend you, and will actively dissuade friends from patronizing your business.

Always willing to help
We have gone to Norms for everything from checking out potential new purchase to car being totalled in front of station.
That includes everything in between. I called about unusual tire leak...
"Bring it down, drop it off tonight will have it back early afternoon"
All we have to do is leave a note and drop the keys.
Extremely great bunch of guys working together to make their customers happy.
Overall opinion nobody runs their business like Norms does!

Fast and Fair prices
We made an appointment to get our car aligned for a Monday morning. Norm's did a great job and had the car ready to go just a couple hours after we dropped it off. No waiting all day like some places to hear back. Car drives great and the price was very fair. Less than other quotes I received. Highly recommend.

Hvac repairs
Took my vehicle in to fix the hvac system, it took two days, when I got it back the temperature blend doors wasn't working, been trying for a month to get them to fix their screw up

Honest, friendly, fair
I recommend Norms where ever I go, they are honest, fair and never had a bad experience with them. Recently took my leaking clunker to them and not a mechanic but know they went above and beyond to fix it for a great price. Picked it up from my home and delivered it and explained exactly what they did. I've always felt ripped off taking my cars to other places but not them at all. Friendly , honest, fair, Highly recommend, Thanks Norms.

These folks are the best - especially if you know nothing about cars...
We have gone to Norm's for at least 2 decades. We've had new vehicles and used. Our daughters' pre-purchase used cars were checked out by Norm's and they gave great advice.
We don't even think about going anywhere else. Why would you when you have total confidence in their work?
