Honest Mechanic!
I’ve been taking my cars there for a couple of years now. Usually for Inspections but also for repairs I’m unable to do myself. They always fix exactly what’s wrong ( I usually know before I take the car to them ) and they never try to charge you for extra unnecessary repairs. An honest mechanic who does good work is hard to find but this is exactly what Nor-Bay is!

I was stranded in NY!
I was stranded in NY on my way to CT for a travel job. They took a look at my Jeep and figured out quickly that my clutch and pressure plate went out, this was on Saturday. This shop is actually open on Sundays and they started working on my Jeep on Sunday and called and gave me an estimate. Monday they called me and told me my Jeep was ready and I was quickly back on the road and made it to CT on Monday and was ready to start my job on Tuesday. Any other place I would have been lucky to make it to CT by Wednesday! They took great care of me and my Jeep, they even gave me a recommendation for a hotel that was in a nice and safe area, since I did not know the area. All the service people were professional and helpful. I even so how left the shop with both my keys and they sent a person to me to pick up my spare key, so I didn’t have to uber back to the shop to drop my key off. This place is definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
