WE THEN HAD TO REACH OUT TO THE WARRANTY COMPANY TO FIND OUT WHY WAS THE CLAIM DENIED.THEY EMAILED US YOUR POLICY ONLY HAD POWERTRAIN COVERGE YOU PICKED YOUR VEHICLE UP THAT WEDNESDAY JANUARY 15TH WHICH ALL THIS WAS EXPLAINED TO YOU
