Alignment was quick and a big improvement!
It’s nice to know new tires have a chance for longer life as all 4 wheels needed adjustment. The report of front end condition as solid was helpful. And a report on a future issue with serpentine belt is much appreciated - a chance to avoid a future failure!

I recently booked a maintenance service at Nimey’s and requested a loaner vehicle since I couldn’t miss work. While a loaner was available, I needed to submit paperwork upon pickup—which I just couldn’t do due to my tight schedule. Nathan and his team truly went above and beyond. They pivoted quickly, picked up my vehicle directly from my office, completed the service at their center, and then returned the car to me just in time for the end of my workday.

Now that’s what I call customer service.

Prompt professional service
Luckily we don’t need repairs too often but when we do, we depend on prompt and professional service done right the first time. We commute a long distance and depend on our vehicles every day. When we ask, everything gets taken care of just as we would expect. The service manager/advisor makes sure our lives are interrupted as little as possible. We leave with confidence and peace of mind.
