Jayson said he took his vehicle in because the compressor in his air conditioner was going out. The repair cost $1300. When he drove his vehicle, the air conditioner was not working. Had they done their due diligence, they would have known that. He had to take time off work to bring his vehicle back in, which was a big inconvenience for him. They said it was a manufacturer's default and to bring it back in. He appreciates that they were able to rectify the issue but they should have check it to make sure everything was working properly. Plus, there were grease spots on his seat.
