At New Look Repair and Collsision , we value all customer feedback since how we treat people is critical to the success of our business.  Over the past 10 plus years, we have consistently received high marks for customer service so our management was disturbed by the very recent negative postings.

After a thorough review of the comments, we are sad to note that these recent comments are apparently from a former employee who is understandably upset at their dismissal for cause.  But unfortunately in the world of social media, you must take the good with the bad.  So as management all we can say is that our track record speaks for itself and we encourage all potential customers to come see for yourselves and get the positive experience that thousands have had over the past decade.


We will continue to welcome customer feedback and where accurate and honest we will immediately address those concerns.

(Delayed review as I was away) Return customer. I came here back in July for a tire balance. The college mechanic girl that was there at the time was really understanding and full of life about cars. Came back here about a week ago before a big trip for simple things like oil and tune up and felt rushed by this other girl. Even if you bring your own stuff, they will have you waiting longer than if you have them ordering your parts and stuff. One can only wonder why they dismissed someone intelligently advanced in cars like that little girl . Shouldn’t have gotten rid of her, but she is probably doing better at another place.

Too long for an oil change and turned down brakes
Came here as a last minute place for my oil and brakes. I even brought my own filter, oil, and ALL of my brake parts. They only wanted to do my oil change and REFUSED to do my brakes on a ‘12 5series. As a customer, it is my right to pick and bring my own parts. They were trying so hard to get me to put ceramic pads on my car(I don’t want ceramic brakes on my car because of performance). My oil change had me waiting an hour because it was their “lunch time”-at 2 in the afternoon.

Repeat Customer
I come every 3 months for auto mechanic to do my oil change. Recently they have been forgetting to check out the car before handing it back to the customer. My last oil change left me missing a lug nut on the way home and they did not punch the hole on my inspection sticker. The shop however is clean. I do remember that there was 2 receptionist but now there is one, who can barely keep up with the check in. The other girl that was there was more efficient-was so shocking that they got rid of her because she is so smart and she knows the ins and outs of all cars. Probably not coming back

vine por un aceite - cliente repetido
El servicio fue mediocre. La única recepcionista que queda tiene actitud y se abruma fácilmente cuando hay muchos carros. Los mecánicos simplemente se sientan cuando hay mucho trabajo. La joven nunca debería haber sido despedida, ella sabía cómo animar el lugar y podía soportar la presión de registrar los carros que entraban. Perdieron una joya cuando se fue. Sin embargo, la tienda de colisiones es normal.
