Screwed up my driveline, won't stand behind their work.

Took my truck to have the u joints and carrier bearing replaced here.
During the repair the had an issue getting the bearing race off of the splined stub shaft. Pictures show that they tried alot of heat, and a skinny wheel, unsure of what order. Just the fact the torched off all of the glide coat from the stub is enough to vause the terrible vibration I had after getting my truck back, bit it also bent the shaft.
This is the kind of quality you can expect from them. They looked at this shaft and pressed a bow bearing on it and sent it .
I went back immediately, and was told that the vibration was my control arm bushings or a out of balance tire. So I parked it until I could deal with it. Everyone who know me know I have so pretty serious medical stuff going on, and a second vehicle wasn't top priority.
When I did finally get my truck to a shop, they diagnosed the driveline as 100% the issue.
They pulled it our, and sent it to a driveline specialist (Northwest Truck repair) who put it on a lathe and confirmed it was bent. The ordered a new Spicer stub and uncovered the shitshow work from Adam Nedrows shop. Nedrow's Complete Automotive Repair and Auto Electric The repair bill to clean up Adam's mess was $882 which he has made clear he isn't going to stand behind, so I'll likely have to collect it after I get a judgment in my favor from the court.
Anyway stay clear of this shop.
Feel free to share with friends so they don't get screwed.
I waited until I was sure he wasn't going to be a honorable businessman , or person before I said anything publicly.
And Adam Nedrow watch the video to educate yourself on heat and metal. I assume you thought you knew what you were doing.

Work not done correctly
I am still waiting for a call back from them. Back in late December 2021 into January 2022 our vehicle had blown a head gasket and we took it here because they were recommended. We are from GA and were on a vacation. We had told them we were on a vacation but we also knew it would take some time to fix it. However they told us it would take about 5 days and they quoted us a price. then we had not heard from them in a few days and when we called they said it was going to take another few days and that the price they had quoted us had gone up almost a thousand dollars more. We had told our boss it would take a week and she was not happy with that but allowed us the week. We called back and it was still not ready. About 2 weeks later it was ready. We had no choice but to drive a rental back to GA because our boss said if we didnt make it on a certain date we would be fired. The car sat at my parents house for about 2 or 3 months until we could have it shipped which costed us $1800 to ship it. My dad would just drive it around the block to keep the battery from dying. When we got the vehicle back we found it was leaking oil from where the repair had been done and it was not leaking oil before that. It had hardly been driven either. We also have before and after pictures that show this. We also work in the automotive business so we knew exactly what the problem was. We took the car to one of our shops that we work with and they took a look at it and had concluded that the job had not been done correctly as it was leaking quite a bit of oil. They provided me with an estimate for this repair and its going to cost us $1044.40 to have this fixed after we paid nedrows $2967.46 for a job that shouls have been done correctly in the first place. I have called several times and was not called back. I called again but was told the owner was out of the state on vacation and they would have him call me. I am still waiting for a phone call back. This is unprofessional. How are we supposed to have this made right when they knew we were from out of state? They came very highly recommended but the whole experiences has been a nightmare. Hopefully this company will see my review and contact me about it.
Luis said the business had good quality and good pricing. He said he is looking forward to taking another vehicle to them to have some electrical work done.
Sylvia said the business has treated her very well and both him and his wife have helped her in the past by picking her up. She said that not a lot of other businesses do that.
