Honest and transparent
Helped me out with my old 1990 Ranger when other places were reluctant to work on it. Explained everything in detail. Gave me a quote and when the testing revealed not as much work was needed he cut the price down.

Vehicle Battery Installation & Inspection
National Motor Works has always been solid for me, mainly because it’s right down the street. Battery replacement and installation were quick and easy—no complaints there, even if a bit pricey.

Where things got off track was with the electrical work—labor and inspection for things like the alternator and spark plugs felt overpriced. On top of that, there was some miscommunication over the phone about the pricing and what exactly was being done.

My advice: go in person and make sure everything is clearly discussed before they start any work. This might be my last visit, even though the location is super convenient.

Honest and reliable service
I get my Mercedes-Benz worked on here pretty often and they are honest people who do excellent work for a great value. They really care about their customers. Most recently they fixed my coolant and oil leak.

Extremely courteous, excellent mechanics, outstanding prices! Nearly half the cost of all the other quotes I received! Specifically they replaced my struts, my cv axels, and changed my oil. I finally found a place that I will continually take my vehicles to for service!
