Excellent Customer, fast&perfect work
This place is the only place I take my car to for oil changes an etc. Robs customer service is amazing, his techs are all amazing and very nice. Everyone always has smiles. The tech that serviced my vehicle was knowledgeable and did my service under an hour. Thank you Rob an crew I will be back for my next oil change an service!

Great service center!
I have been seeking a service center that I could trust when I am at our home here in the winter. I worked with Ray here at National and could not be more pleased! He talked with me rather than at me. Work was of the highest quality. I have found my service location for the time we are in Florida.

Will be a permanent customer
I predict that the new owner Jerry at the 49th St National Auto Service location will be very successful. They found and repaired some possibly dangerous brake problems with my 2015 Toyota Venza with experienced and knowledgeable mechanics who showed me problem areas, like the broken engine mount, and explained clearly what should be done. They also spotted brake rotors which were installed by the previous shop owner and redid the entire brake job quickly and under under the warranty at no cost to me. Part prices and service on an oil change as well as some other items found were fair and my wife’s questions patiently answered.

The reason it took a day to geta tire is because we don't stock tires. This tire had to come from my warehouse in Tampa. I shopped for one in Pinellas County, but the cost was much more expensive.
