Got Basic 5000 mi. service, tire rotation + new battery
Battery died just prior to appointment.
Nate was able to replace with new one.
In addition,repaired trailer brake controller was that staying on all the time.
Total service time was only about 2 hours ==> excellent !

Found the problem, offered the fix and recommendations without pressuring and then got it fixed.
I appreciate that they are straight forward there. They’ll recommend things but be clear about them being an option and whether they need to be done right now. They diagnosed the issue and got it taken care of for a fair price. That’s all I can ask for.

Excellent service, and quality work
My radiator started leaking badly in the middle of summer here, and I had a trip planned so needed it fixed quickly. Nate was very gracious to squeeze my vehicle in even though he was super busy. He went over and above what I would expect from any shop, and was able to get it back to me quickly. His price was better than I'd anticipated it might be too, so I'd say he's very reasonably priced! My experience at Nate's shop was top notch and I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

A/C compressor fix
My mechanic father in law estimated it to cost me about 5-10% more than Nate’s ended up charging me giving me comfort the work was both good and priced appropriately!

A Stand Up Auto Shop!
I cannot say enough good things about Nate’s Next Gen! I have never met an auto shop that is such a stand up operation. They warranty their work and when something goes wrong they really mean they cover it! Nate’s has replaced my inverter pump, my hybrid battery, my shocks & worked on the AC for my 2008 Prius. I know the work is done right and the prices are always fair. It’s so nice to have a mechanic you trust and Nate’s Next Gen is the best!

After Hours Help - Next Day Repair
I had my alternator fail while driving home. I ended up getting a tow to Nate’s as it was the closest auto shop (and had great reviews already). That ended up being serendipitous because Nate was still at the shop an hour after they closed when my vehicle was dropped off. He came out to greet me after hours (when he did not have to inconvenience himself), got me checked in (saving me a trip the next morning just to give the keys over), and diagnosed, fixed, and returned my vehicle to me the next day. An unfortunate event turned into probably the best possible scenario on the back end. I am thankful to Nate and his team!

Great Service, 2015 Nissan LEAF AC repair
Nate’s Next Gen auto was fantastic. When another auto shop would not attempt to fix the AC in the Nissan leaf they recommended, I bring it to Nate. The service was fantastic and the price definitely reasonable. I got the car back in one day and we can now enjoy cool AC during the hot summer months of Arizona.
