Great auto repair shop
Years ago after Land Rover wanted to charge a small fortune for a heat issue, they fixed it for a few hundred. After that I only took my old LR3 to them. Anyone who has an old Rover knows they are great but past 100K become a frequent flyer at the repair shop. They have very Reasonable rates, always upfront, never tried to sell me work I didn’t need and always stood behind their work. On multiple occasions they took care of the repair gratis. You can’t go wrong with Naperville Automotive!

#1 place for car repairs
First & foremost - they are honest. They don't try to fix & charge you for things that don't need to be fixed. 2nd - they don't overcharge. 3rd - their work is top notch, plus done in a timely manner & in the most cost effective way.
Everyone there is friendly and professional. They take the time to explain everything & answer questions. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Thanks Geoff & team, I really appreciate all of you!

NAS always provides in-depth analysis of vehicle regular maintenance or unexpected problem…they know all models and their trends and quirks-pinpoint and accurate diagnoses…and personally they are accommodating and great to work with when you think of all the suspect shops out there!

Excellent!
I had my Toyota Hybrid in for a recall. They ran a diagnostic and alerted me to issues that needed addressing. Had the work done at Naperville Automotive at half the cost. Staff is very professional and friendly!

I’ve been there three times now for service. I couldn’t be more pleased. Not only with the work but the office is unbelievably clean and the front desk staff is fantastic. I will continue to bring any vehicle that I have to them.

I’ve been taking my vehicles here for over 10 years. I have an excellent experience every time. This time was special. I made friends with David, the friendly and professional gentleman at the front desk. He’s a real class act and represents the positive vibes and reasons why I keep coming back. I’m sure anyone who knows him and has had the pleasure to speak with him in person or over the phone will agree. Best auto guys on this planet
Keeping a car running is a pain in the ass. With four cars in the family, thank God that Jeff and team are honest and sensitive to the cost of the necessary repairs. He'll save the broken parts to show you what was actually replaced. Why anyone would go to a dealer for out of warranty repairs is beyond me. It nice to see a honest and caring business grow over the years.

Time and time and more time
Normally I give Naperville Automotive Solutions 5 stars as I have been coming here for years. This time ... two. I called and made an appointment for rotors and brakes. Mechanics began to work on my car about 1.5 hours or so, after the scheduled time. While I was waiting for the car repairs to even begin, I asked about some prices on some other things, giving them a copy of estimates from another repair shop. I was told since they were a bit busy/behind, I'd get the quotes before I left. When my repairs were finally done, LONG after the original time, I am paying and ready to go ... and ask about the prices for the repairs ... They forgot. So I had to wait some more to get the quotes. This was an abnormal experience. But I thought I should give honest feedback.

I’ve been going here for about 8 years for all of my car repairs. This particular visit I was working with David and he was so kind and informative. He explained things in a way I could understand and really cared about what was best for me and my vehicle. I got my car back today and it’s never driven so smoothly!
