I delt with Mike, Chris and even went to Frank (owner). I went directly to Frank on my concerns but I haven’t been able to get any resolution.
After spending $2700 on a new radiator months before Chris told me that I needed a water pump that mine was leaking. Ok, my concern to bring it back was my gauge was jumping from middle to top and beeping an annoying alert so Chris said “ oh you have a leaking water pump” I said crap more money he then said “ I’ll give you a break $700 flat”.
I needed to wait to spend more money, but I felt that something wasn’t right so for the last three months when I deliver to one of our customers I ask the mechanic to check my radiator because my trusted mechanic told me that it was leaking and needed to be replaced and that’s why my gauge is jumping up and down. Well in three months and having driven over 3000 miles no change in water level and my customer showed me a video on YouTube of the same truck 2004 Chevy express that was showing the EXACT same problem as mine and it is a $34 sensor located in the cab area behind the cover that is mounted into the engine and it gets faulty and hot and does go out.
It’s not fixed yet as I’m dealing with what I would have spent had I listed to my TRUSTED mechanic of many years.
