RUN TO ANOTHER BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!! I am such a dumb A, why didn’t I read the reviews? Even the BBB reviews? Now I am sitting here waiting for service that apparently isn’t going to happen. I paid roughly $450 upfront, was told 4-5 business days and not once during that time did I ever receive any updates. Day 5 I called to be told they will call me, the next day I called and was told a day they would come out to then receive a message that it would have to be the next day. So 10 business days and me sitting at my house waiting for a service for five hours to not receive a single call AND I have called numerous numbers and cannot get a single person on the phone. This is the most unprofessional place. I pray someone reads my review before scheduling an appointment and runs. I wish I had done that, I am kicking myself. So disappointed.
Update 3/24 - called to request reimbursement, they attempted to reschedule appointment but no thanks lesson learned. Was told reimbursement will take 10 days (maybe) because they have to get their reimbursement for the part (how is this my problem??? Shoddy business all around) and they would mail a check to me. Seriously, the payment should go back to the credit card I used. 10 days? Then a mailed check? Of course I’ll have to keep following up with this. I made sure to verify my address, even spelled it so that can’t be an excuse they use next. Will update post again. But seriously, find somewhere else to do business.
Update 04/15/2025 is anyone surprised that I am still getting the run around??? 15 business days and I still have not gotten one single phone call from Ashley or Quentin. No management is in the office until 5 pm? You would think someone would go out of their way to resolve this but nope. It just keeps getting worse. Called 4/10 and was told Ashely would call me the next day, it’s 4/15, totally not the next day and guess what. I called and was told the same thing! And it’s ironic that they don’t answer the one number I call but I found another number and they answered. The automated response they send to when leave a message is laughable. They have prioritized my case, so what priority am I when it’s been days since my call last week? 6 weeks of dealing with this company.
04/16/2025 - not surprised, not one single call from Ashley or Quentin. I called again and was told once again that a message will be left. Checked into filing a small claims case (not a legal person so excuse if I don’t use the right words) but basically I need to go through the New Ellenton Magistrate for assistance. Will update on proper procedure. I highly recommend anyone who has an issue to do the same.
