Above and Beyond
By nature,. I'm not particularly trusting of auto repair shops. So, after MVAC took excellent care of my wife's car, I thought I'd contact them when my own car needed repair.

I expected "hidden expenses" and unforseen complications to eventually end up costing more than the original estimate.

Instead, when the problem was resolved simply, I was charged much less than I was expecting to pay.

In addition, my car was "maintained" - minor services provided at no charge on their own initiative.

There's even a nice dog in the lobby.

I'll be going back... hopefully not too soon.

Mission Saved The Day
I was referred to Mission by Discount Tire and limped the few blocks in with a vehicle that was unsafe to drive due to a broken “tire control arm”. (My words).
The service, quote, and repair time all exceeded my expectations and I had my car back by the end of the day. And they dropped me off and picked me up at home so I could work instead of sitting at the shop.
They made a bad situation tolerable.

Alignment
MVAC did a four wheel alignment on my Outback and the difference was noticeably way better. Thanks to all the guys. BTW: the charge was very reasonable. This is my second time using MVAC and I highly recommend them.

Quick Service, perhaps more expensive than other places.
I was appreciative to have a new battery installed right away on Saturday morning. I also went for the oil change since I was alerted that I needed one. So that was excellent.
It was a good lesson for me not to engage with Eric discussing politics with him since it is a divisive time politically that usually turns out negative.
I also remember a previous appt. where I discovered I paid $40 more for an item than I would have paid at my dealership so I am not sure I would return unless it was an emergency like this time. I did appreciate the quick service.
