Excellent communication with progress updates throughout process
Mike’s Collision made the process very easy from coordinating with the car rental available for us at time of the drop off of our Outback. Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, always keeping us updated on progress. Our Outback looks brand new and appreciated that it was cleaned inside and out as it was returned to us. The workmanship was flawless as well.
I got an accident and damaged the rear passenger door and wheel pretty badly. Mikes had a plan in place within a couple days and approved with my insurance company. They worked seamlessly with Country Financial. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. I would recommend them to anyone for car body work in the future.
The team at Mike's was great to work with and they were in direct communication the entire process, helped get a rental setup for me and got the billing worked out with the Company that hit me. So easy and I will use them the next time I need repairs and will recommend them to Friends and Family!!

I was very pleased with the work they did. There was a wait to get on the schedule but there is everywhere these days and they were very upfront about that. Once I was on the schedule and parts were available work went even quicker than I expected
