Underhanded
The all-to-common experience begins with honesty and value, but after the third or fourth visit, these auto techs thinks they can take advantage because of the “established relationship”.
Twenty five years of auto repairs in Milford. Truth is Braileys and most other businesses are just plain dishonest.
Gurneys is another example of complete disappointment. Always finding an angle to charge ridiculously high fees for their service and “BS” 2-year warranty. Be assured they will not honor any warranty, but arrive at new/different vehicle problems.
Dumped these two owners (and others, like Briands) years ago. Currently 5 years happy with a local shop, but will not disclose their name because it’s very difficult in this neighborhood to find auto repair honesty.
