Great service center
I’ve had multiple issues with my car from General oil changes well done at this location to shucks truck, work repair and alignment and they have fixed my vehicle up to par each and every time. I will continue to frequent this location.

LIARS Horrible customer service
Unreliable, worst customer service, dishonest, do not care about customers. State one thing and don’t hold on to promise. Miguel was suppose to order a part for Saturday morning. Said it would arrive Monday morning but I was working. Set appt to come Saturday morning. I come and he tells me the part is not ordered and not here because he never spoke to me in person!!! Are you fucking kidding me?! They just take your money and provide old damaged deficit parts!! Do not hold their word and make you look like an idiot! Do not come here for service you’ll be lied to several times and still not get anything done!! If I could I’d give them 0 stars!!!! Save yourself a headache and time. Go to someone reliable and efficient who knows what they’re doing and who take care of customers!!!

Wonderfull Service " Highly Recommended" 3000 Stars if possible!
Really friendly and professional team.
In the pass 12-13 years i take maybe more than 10 different vehicles from Lincoln Navigator, BMW, Mercedez Benz, Jeep, Dodge Durango and many others they always being reliable under different circumstances, even offer the towing service at any time.
And something i will like to point out there is the humanity and sympathy of management addressing the inconvenience of have a vehicle broken down and many times i see it, they offer "to pick up and drop off" customers at work or home or whatever is convenient for the customer.
Yes is always a busy shop, and sometimes the wait is a little longer, but in all those years as customer never being disappointed, even when something go out of their control, (even new staff have factory defect ) now imagine a use car, they always solve or suggest a solution for it, speaking for myself sometimes ordering parts directly from factory specially for foreign vehicle brands, they are always helpful and one of the things about this place is the warranty based in parts, is short term the customers don't see it or don't think about it but is the pass of the years like myself as a customer they save a lot for me with products that have warrantee and they replace (Charge for replacement an labor ) but you save in the part when is cover.
The price is really reasonable (cheap in compare with dealer Prices)
in all the jobs they do it for me i never feel i being paying extra or being abuse in any manner.
Real good mechanic shop with great people in the management and you see it reflected in the job they do and the many customer like me that come back everytime regardless of the issue they create a nice relationship of trust and reliability.

Miquel's Auto are swindlers
Has anyone gone to Miguel's Auto at 751 N. Bolingbrook Drive, #8 , Bolingbrook, IL 60440, and was taken advantage of? I went there for my rear and front brakes to be fixed, but when I took it to another mechanic because they were squeaking, I was told that my brakes and rotors had to be replaced. He said the brakes have never replaced.
I also went to Miguel because my vehicle was leaking engine coolant. They replaced the water pump, but my car needed a lower intake manifold gasket.
After I received another estimate and diagnostic from another place. I brought my car back to Miguel asking him to do right by me and fix everything that he did not fix that he said he fixed or I would have to take him to small claims court. His response was "take me to court". He also said, "other auto shops cost a lot more money than him". So basically I got what I paid for. I told him that is alright with me.
I am asking if anyone else have been taken advantage of my Miguel Auto? If you have please email me at k*******@gmail.com, because I would love some statements to take to court by other's he has swindled.
