Tenía mucha confianza y respeto por esta empresa. Tenía muchas excusas sobre la garantía, lo que ahora me hace creer que no la tenía.
Sin embargo, tengo pruebas del propietario de que sí la tiene.
La confianza y el respeto se ganan, no se regalan.
Pero cuando sale mal, sale mal. Siempre hay dos o tres partes en desacuerdo.
Mi recomendación es mantenerse alejado de Midwest Wheelz. Un final muy triste, y la garantía es solo eso. No cumplir con esto es lo que rompe la confianza y el respeto.
Y no devuelve las llamadas... es básicamente poco profesional.

Great Shop -- Honest and Fair
Had our F150 in for service of Trans cooler lines and a water pump. Did great work! Older trucks have issues. Found another leak. Josh took the truck back and looked at it and found the issue and fixed it. He always fits you in when needed. We will be back.
From the first time I brought my car to Midwest Wheelz, I have felt comfortable and confident with them with my car. Josh is honest, friendly and very fair with his prices. I would feel comfortable sending anyone there that needs a mechanic you can trust..
I've had numerous things fixed on my Jeep at Midwest Wheelz. Josh is a good guy and an absolute professional. I will keep going to MW for any vehicle issues I have and would 100% recommend MW to anyone.
I have been having all my maintenance work
done on my 2006 Sienna by Midwest Wheelz. They are very personable and trust worthy. I recently had plugs put in at 100,000 miles as recommended . Engine runs much better. Thanks to the crew at Midwest Wheelz for their fine service.
Called around because not everyone is able to do a Tesla alignment. They were able to do so and were flexible in scheduling. Took a bit longer than expected but appreciated the time and care they took to make sure it was done right. Can't say that about too many businesses these days. My Tesla is driving better now!
