Another reason big business is running through the little guys
Damage occurred to my vehicle while in your possession. I asked you to review the tapes on the premises( which you agreed to) and no follow up phone call was ever received. That was almost 2 months ago. Only response given was the “word” of staff on sight that day. My wife refuted your claims and it’s just a great example of the “good ole boys” covering for one another. Would never go here again and have told 100’s of my interaction with this place of business.

Unsatisfactory Service
Called to have an oil change and alignment. Confirmed the services I wanted completed two times over the phone. Found out today that they did not write down that I wanted an alignment, so only did an oil change. They said it would be two weeks from now before I could get an alignment because they are so booked. Today when I went to pick up my vehicle, the building was locked and my car was sitting out front, unlocked!! I am so disappointed. They will not be getting my business again. I’ll be finding somewhere else to get the alignment done.
