THE WHOLE TEAM IS EXCEPTION
I am so impressed by all of the professionals at Torrington Midas. This was my first time there with a muffler problem.Turns out my car had many red flag problems which I was not at all prepared for substantiated by a very through inspection and explanation by Jay. He could see the shock on my face and helped me work a step by step plan of action, financing and with my car warranty. with great care and knowledge. There was no upsale involved just horrifying facts. Everyone there was professional, kind and very caring. I really like all of the team here and as Jay knows will continue to go to Midas trustingly and with confidence of resolution due to their expertise and professionality..I strongly recommend this group to everyone.
