Midas employees customer service is excellent. When you have an appointment they are considerate of your time. They also let you know about their discount coupons the customer qualifies for .

Great Customer Service
They made it easy for me to drop my car off & come back on my lunch break. They checked all the necessities and didn't push upsells on me. The manager was VERY nice and accomodating. I will continue to bring my car there for it's needs.

Great Customer Service
Very good place to go to have your brakes done. Honest people there. Juan made sure I had the work I needed done. From the time I got there until my car was done and completed, kept me updated.

Kept trying to get me to spend money on the Unnecessary
Have a car that is in excellent condition and felt as though the representative in the office kept trying to sell me for repairs not yet needed on my car. Almost would not take no for an answer.

Good, but not that good
I went for an oil change and alignment, but the person who attended me told me that I had to wait about two hours because I had not made an appointment. Okay, no problem, I told him the service I wanted for the next day with the appointment. I arrive the next day, they perform the service for me waiting more than an hour and a half, I tell him if they did the alignment and the same person who attended me the day before told me that they only did the oil change because it was not in the system that I wanted an alignment. And if I wanted to do it right then, I had to wait about two more hours. In short, they do the service, but incomplete if you are not aware of things.
