Very crappy work.
Who’s ever reading this don’t ever bring your car to Midas in Bristol. Only go for an oil change or emissions. They recently broke my radiator and replaced it. But rushed their work, left coolant all over the place, even in the interior of my car. That frame support bar in the picture down below was filled with coolant. None of the radiator hoses are connected to the supports where they’re supposed to be connected to. On top of that, they scratched my front end of my car near the hood and on right side fender. And left dirty fingerprints on top of my hood of my car. All of the hoses are dangling in the air, not connected to the brackets at all. Also, left a wire connector not even connected to the fan. The plastic zip ties took me 2 seconds to replace. Like wtf, do better. Very crappy work. Don’t think I’ll ever go to Midas ever again after seeing that. Never letting one of your mechanics touch my car ever again. Wish David was still the manager. He would fire your mechanic Immediately after I’d tell him what happened. I work for Honda and Acura. If someone ever did that to somebody’s car, they would be immediately fired.

Emissions
I pulled into Midas and asked if they had time to do my emissions. By time I was done paying and sat down my truck was inside the shop. Highly recommend your emissions getting done here. Thank you.

I had a great experience at your garage today.
I appreciate so much your understanding of my car situation and you didn’t make me feel stupid that I had little understanding with anything to do with cars. Also, I appreciate your patience and kindness you gave me. I don’t know how you do it with so many people coming in with all kinds of different car problems. Great service
Prompt, polite, and professional. Dave and the Midas team exceeded my expectations. Preformed my oil change and tire rotation quicker than expected. They also informed me of a 20 dollar coupon. My daughter is going there Thursday, to have her car serviced. Would highly recommend them!!

The job that they did on my vehicle was excellent my time was considered and they work diligently but efficiently made plenty of excellent recommendations some that needed attention immediately and others eventually but in no way were they pushy great job

Excellent customer service.
I was very impressed by the manager Gervais. He was wonderful and went above and beyond to get the parts and my car back on the road quickly. Communication was also excellent. Marcio the mechanic was exceptional as well. His knowledge and honesty was appreciated as well as his willingness to stay late to get me back in my car. Highly recommend.
