Bruce said the business got his vehicle in and out in a real quick time frame. He had a slight issue with bringing his vehicle in for an oil change he specifically said his vehicle takes 20-50, but they put in 5-30. His vehicle is older, and the manufacturer's actual weight is 20-50. The previous owner used to have the business be a gold star SMOG station. He wishes the business would bring that back.
Josh said he had to visit them 3 times for brake issues. He said they were very rude to him on all the visits and the person working there insulted him by telling him he was a bad driver. He said after the first visit the brakes only lasted 5 months and then he had to bring his vehicle back in to replace them again. He said after the 2nd visit the brakes were squealing badly and he had to bring his vehicle back in a 3rd time to get the issue fixed. He said they were never able to explain to him why his brakes kept wearing out so quickly. He said he's been going there for a long time, but the management changed and it's not the same.
Adriana said the work was great but she felt they could be more up-front and honest with her regarding time frame, services and pick up of her vehicle. She felt there were some inconsistencies with the information she was given and she felt pressured to open a credit card.
Ayrian said it was fine. She got an oil change and an alignment. She was there for two hours. The alignment did not solve her problem, her vehicle is still pulling to the right. They did not put a new oil change sticker on her windshield.
