Great service!
They helped me out when the other Kia dealer in town literally left me stranded with a towed telluride due to other dealer mistake in not replacing gear fluid. They were very responsive, professional, kept me informed, and worked on my behalf to resolve. Repair was fast, great job. But the service experience was beyond expectations. Thank you Metro Kia!

No response from management
Was supposed to hear back from manager last week Monday. Didn't. Gave them 2 follow up emails since it was a weird week. Nothing. And still no correspondence a week later.

You have to really try and get a DealerRater score of 2.4 out of 5. Gee, wonder how that happened. I'm DealerRater certified with 4.9. I can't even imagine how you get 2.4.

Sales manager kyle v called me and threatened me.
After calling Kyle vyse over 50 times, leaving notes on his desk, and him hiding in his office when I went in, I finally found out that he didn’t actually cancel my extended warranty and also didn’t refund me for my “pin stripes” on my car that weren’t there. After leaving multiple reviews on him I received a call early this morning from Kyle. The call was obviously an intimidation tactic and he repeatedly told me I was lying and that he was going to sue me for defamation. After a little back and forth of swearing at each other, Kyle then told me to come in to say it to his face insinuating he was gonna beat my ass when he saw me.

I really liked the pickup and drop off service you offer. That was great knowing that I didn't have to leave my house to get my brakes done. Most of the interaction was over the phone and that was all pretty good

Oil change
The experience was terrible, the promotion was 20$ for a oil change and I ended up paying over 60$, nobody asked me if I wanted a synthetic oil change or not, they just assumed. Never going back there!!!

Richard said he had a good experience. He was 99 percent satisfied with the service. The only thing was that they rotated his tires and one of his valve caps was missing. He was going to ask them and thought they would see it and put one on.
