Took my 2010 diesel in due to alarm system malfunction. Kept calling for updates, either no return call or got the same answer " the tech is working on it". Long story short, it was there 6 weeks without being fixed. My buddy picked it up and fixed it in less than half a day. I'll never go back

Services gipped me on a diagnosis!
Would give zero stars if I could… took my truck in to get diagnosed my truck was driving fine no lights were on on the dashboard driving was good running and everything! Dropped it off and got a call the next day saying the tech turned on the truck and all the lights on the dashboard went off and wasn’t running took them “10-15 minutes” to move it where I parked it to the shop in the back! The tech plugged in the computer to read what was wrong and said it stopped running and all the alarms went off “15 minutes” after I dropped it off and charged me for diagnosing it but did NOT diagnose it for the reason I sent it in the first place! Said they can’t test drive it till they fix the “other” issue that came up once I dropped it off coincidently… Told them not to do anything I’ll pick it up and I paid for the diagnose but did not get any results or receipt saying what was wrong with it!!! Once I picked it up I could not leave the parking lot wasn’t running, wasn’t going anywhere had to get towed home from the dealership! Been calling all day to get my results of the diagnose and Terry Lynn the desk lady that helped me has not called back! Very rude and unprofessional of Melloy Ford in Los Lunas! 0/10 will never take my truck there or recommend them to anyone!!

Was totally left in center field was promised by ken Jeffries but through us to some wolf an after he found out we had just a thousand down he left to go eat his hamburger never came back to us also as promised a ride home by ken Jeffries worst service ever got told to go somewhere else wow

ANNOYING
I’ve phoned and entered the Los Lunas dealership stating for them to take my name, address and phone out of their system. I’m tired of spam calls, emails and brochures having me trade in my wife’s car for a new one. Ever since Melloy took over the Brad Francis dealership it’s been an ongoing issue with Melloy to respect my wishes which they HAVE NOT
I took my 2014 Explorer in to get 3 recalls corrected. I dropped it off at 8am and it took longer than the 3 to 4 hours expected and still had to call to see if it was finished before they closed up for the day at 6pm.
I noticed that the battery had obviously been disconnected so when the back up camera was randomly having image issues, I assumed it would calibrate itself like my aftermarket one did on my truck. It didnt, and so I contacted them on it. They said "sure! Bring it on in and we will be happy to look at it!". I asked how much this would cost me since it was an issue from them servicing the vehicle which had nothing to do with the camera, they said they would have to get back with me after they talk to Joe.... never got back with me so have a bad camera now (reversed image, no guide lines, black screen) which drives me absolutely nuts!!
This is my 4th purchase between when it was Brad Francis and melloy. I will say the service has improved allot since it changed to melloy. I have used Rhett Cline for my last 2 purchases and will continue to use him. Mike and Rhett were not pushy and really worked with what I was looking for. Even after the purchase they were awesome having a few things looked at and fixed for me. The biggest plus was giving me a loaner till my vehicle was ready.
My first contact was Joe Cordova,( Ford service advisor )... it had been over a year since I had been to the Ford dealership and the first time since Malloy took it over. I’d only go to the Ford dealership for recalls....as in the past I was not treated well .... Other than Joe, who was always a bright spot in the whole ordeal.
Amanda, is another great employee for Melloy Ford. I only spoke to her on the phone to set up my appointment and time ... also texting reminders to me.

I contacted Melloy Ford regarding an airbag recall. They scheduled our car in almost immediately. The work was done within a short period of time. We decided to have the car serviced (oil change, etc.) We made the appointment for the very next day. The service was also completed in a very timely manner. I'd like to thank Dennis Gallegos and Joe Cordova (service representatives) for all their help. They were super!!!! I will definitely be returning to Melloy Ford for any issues or services we need.
Every trip for taking my vehicles for service, I learn a new thing or two about them. I am learning to discuss all the questions I have with my Service Advisor to answer items I might perceive as problems. I want to know if the problem is one with warranty or if it is just normal wear and tear of a vehicle or problems that may have been caused by me, the driver, unknowingly. I want to be fair in my requests of the dealer and the education I get from my Service Advisor is a big help in me understanding the problems. My Advisor having been in this business for over 30 years, I look to him to explain to me the things about my vehicle that I might not quite understand. This is a part of the service that has become most important to me and I look forward to the brief interface periods for which his 30years of knowledge is shared with me.
If you're at Melloy Ford in Lunas, at the Service Department, ask for Joe! He is good at what he does and as always, I appreciate the interaction with him to include the education I gain from him. My family certainly appreciates what he does and I hope you will too.
